- AML: The AML (Anti-Money Laundering) training or refresher course must be completed according to each carrier’s ongoing training requirements. This training can be completed online at limra.com or with another 3rd party vendor.
- Annuities and LTC: All continuing education requirements mandated by the state must be completed and current. While most states require CE every 2 years, check with your appropriate state agency to confirm. Incomplete or non-current C.E. will cause applications to be rejected and returned to the carriers as mandated by the Department of Insurance in that state.
- Annuities: Each insurance carrier has developed product specific training modules to be completed by each agent, as require by NAIC Model Regulation 275. These modules must be completed prior to the date of an annuity application. Agents who have not complete the required training modules will have their applications rejected and returned by the carriers, according to each state’s requirements.
Step 3: Submit Completed Contracting Packet
Complete all applicable pages of the packet. Then submit your completed packet with signature and date to the KazSource Licensing Team.
